HOW DO OUR WIRELESS CONNECTIONS WORK?

On our wireless plans, your service runs over a purpose-built network we have built from the ground up, this network is made up of a bunch of relay sites ( generally atop hills ) which all talk back to a main fibre connected site and then out to the internet.

We then come and install a radio on your roof that has a view to one of these relay sites, run a cable down into your home and install a router. Once the service is connected and tested, we personalise your router with a Wi-Fi name and password of your choice. We then make sure all your devices and connected before cleaning up and departing.

How do i pay my bill?

There are two main ways we suggest to pay your bill –

  1. Automatic payment to our bank account – This is a great option if your plan is internet only, as the price per month stays the same.
  2. Register a credit or debit card through your customer portal – This is a great option if you have a internet and phone plan, as the price per month may fluctuate due to mobile call charges. You can set this up to be charged Automatically or Trigger a payment manually.
  3. Direct Credit into our account – This is Great for one-time purchases or as a last option to pay internet or phone bills.

Can i get a home line?

Yes you can, in most cases you will require an extra little box called an ATA ( analog telephone adapter ), this plugs into the wall and then into your router, your phone then plugs into the back of this box and bingo you have a phone line. We do offer purely IP based phones ( which just plug directly into your router ), for more information please reach out.

Cost for phone line per month $15 – This includes unlimited local calls, 200 minutes to NZ, UK, and AUS Landlines, and 50 mobile minutes. Mobile calls are charged at $0.19 per min.
